"End of an Era"

On November 4th, 2000, past and present staff, students and their families came once again to the Price School grounds to gather for the “End of an Era”. As it had been decided that on the 15th December, 2000 the doors at Price Primary School would be closed for the last time, it was decided that this day would be a good way not to celebrate, but to come together and reminisce on the schools history.
People travelled from as far away as Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Broken Hill to attend this special day. As one person was quoted as saying "This is Price and nothing like this will happen again"
The class of 2000 children greeted guests as they arrived through the gates.
